This is a new mixed media collage called “Happy Hares”. I created the piece for an exhibition at the Ferini Gallery which ran from September to October of this year. I used different painting techniques on paper, fabric hexagons and cutouts of hares and hexagons.

I have created a moth for the letter ‘M’ in my alphabet project by making a lino print with added collage details. Then I have experimented with the moth cut out to make a repeat pattern in Photoshop.

Here is a version of my Suffolk Summer repeat pattern artwork with a folksy black background. I think it looks rather good!!

This is a detail from a hand drawn repeat pattern which I have made for the Pakefield Postcard Auction in aid of Suffolk Wildlife Trust. The auction is on 15th August 2018 at Ivy House Hotel in Lowestoft.

I have been experimenting with different coloured backgrounds for my river artwork. I like the watery feel of the blue in this design.
